[Kde-imaging] Full KIPI web page created !!!

Hi all,

I have updated the basic KIPI web page to a full page. The url is :

http://extragear.kde.org/apps/kipi.php

TODO : 
- updated the Roadmap.
- Added a list of plugins available.

For the developpers : the source of the web page is available in KDE CVS in 
'/www/areas/extragear/apps/kipi.php' file. Please use this file for to update 
the roadmap.
