* make use of pkg-config to distribute libkexif. makes it a lot easier
  to do configure checking of installation and version
* update libkipi/configure.in.in to use pkg-config checking for libkexif
* jpeglossless compilation is now dependent on whether libkexif is 
  available or not
* testing requested.
