1) License: i understand now that libkipi is to be released under the
LGPL. the header files for most of the files in libkipi still mention GPL.

2) CommentsEditor Plugin: is anyone using this plugin? if not, i
would like to remove this plugin. one less thing to maintain.

3) KIPI::Features::AlbumEQDir : using this feature makes the restriction
that _all_ albums in the application have to either directories or not.
digikam now has albums, some of which are directories and some of which
are not directories. I would like to make a request to remove this
from the features-list and optionally, move the functionality for this
into ImageCollection class (something like ImageCollection::isDirectory()). i
did a grep on the plugins and found that none of plugins use this feature
currently.
