Big update.
- Added download information about the 0.1.0 release.
- Cleaned HTML a bit (using lots of <ul> and <li> ;-) )
- Reorganized the page a bit and added a TOC
- Commented the TODO part of the road maps, I didn't remove it because I guess
  the remaining item ("Complete KURL support") is a kipi-plugins TODO. Maybe we
  need to split the road maps into libkipi and kipi-plugins. What do you think
  about it?

Please point out any remaining/introduced mistakes.
