[Kde-imaging] libkipi release again (question)

Hi,
recently i had a feedback from mandrake bugzilla
on a kipi-plugins problem. I have conflicts between
kipi-plugins and digikam-plugins (see for details
http://qa.mandrakesoft.com/show_bug.cgi?id=12062)

Now the question: once we have a release of libkipi
and kipi-plugins are these conflicts solved? I mean
digikam is going to use kipi-plugins or
digikam-plugins
or both?
