[Kde-imaging] PrintWizzard kipi plugin compilation problems !!!

looks like the the frmprintwizardbase.h file didn't get generated
properly (from uic). i have put up a snapshot from today (after fixing
some stuff) at this url: http://pooh.tam.uiuc.edu/kipi-snapshots/

please test and report.
