[Kde-imaging] Releasing a snapshot of KIPI and KIPI Plugins

Hi!

I'm in the process of creating a new development release of Gwenview and would 
like to release a version of KIPI with it so that users can test it. My idea 
would be to create two tarballs named libkipi-20040509 and 
kipi-plugins-20040509. I would host them on Gwenview web page for now. Do you 
have any objection/suggestion concerning this release?
