[Kde-imaging] KIPI plugins status !

Hi all,

i have finish to fix the pending tasks in all plugins provide by Jesper and 
Aurelien during the KIPI port.

TODO tasks before a future beta of KIPI : 

- Provide a full support of KURL instead the local path for all 
images/collections path.
- Provide a namespace wrapper for PrintWizard (Renchi, if you can try to do 
that because i have some problem with the .ui file.)
- Fixed the last bugs.
- Minor improvements in Sendimages plugins.
