[Kde-imaging] namespaces added to KIPI plugins

Hi all,

It's in the title. i have encapsuled all KIPI plugins source code in a 
specifiq namespace in according with each plugin name.

All plugins have be done, excepted... PrintWizard, because i have a problem 
with the .cpp/.h source code automaticly generated from the .ui file. Someone 
have an idea and can be done that ?
