[Kde-imaging] Getting started?

How should we get started on the discussion for the TODO?
Of course some of the items should just be done, but we need to discuss some 
of the other items.

I did not get any feedback on how we should do that.
Aurelien do you have Jabber?
Caulier can you use IRC during weekend and evening?
Others who want to participate in these discussions? Renchi?
