Yes, some plugins return also KActionMenu like JpegLossLess. That way provide 
a sub menu to plug in the host menu.

I think that virtual KIPI::Category category( KAction* action ) const; can't 
run with KActionMenu.  The submenu will not plug in the hosts like this. Your 
viewpoint ?
