[Kde-imaging] batch processes plugins

Now that the batch processes plugins got their own category, shouldn't they 
stop themself creating a menu with code like this:

KActionMenu* menu = new KActionMenu(i18n("Batch processes"),
                                         actionCollection(),
                                         "batch_progress");
