[Kde-imaging] Added new plugins Category named 'BATCHPLUGIN' ?

Hi all,

For a best integration of KIPI plugins in the Digikam menus (main and popup), 
It's possible to add a new plugins category named 'BATCHPLUGIN' for all 
batchprocesses images plugins :

- Comments Editor.
- Raw images converter (batch).
- Border Images.
- Color Images.
- Convert Images.
- Effect Images.
- Filter Images.
- Rename images.
- Recompress images.
- Resize Images.
