| ignore me. i'm a dumb dodo. of course the kipi-plugins depend on libkipi
| which is in the same parent module. still i don't like kipiplugins being
| in kdeextragear-libs-1 as it doesn't fit in there. it would be nice to
| have it moved to one of the regular extragear modules
There was a long discussion on this, please have a look in the archive.
The buttom line is that kipi-plugins also are libraries so therefore they go 
into keg-libs..
