[Kde-imaging] Problems compiling kdeextragear-libs-1

Hi,
i've got some problems compiling libkexif on a RH9 and

kde 3.1.
It seems i missed libexif (i mean it's not  in the 
system), but no warning/error message has occurred
with configure.
