[Kde-imaging] new CDArchiving plugin using multithreading !!!

Hi all,

I have finished a new CDArchiving implementation using multithreading with a 
new progress dialog. This implementation come from libKIPI (on KDE CVS)  and 
will be available for Digikam 0.7.0. Some screenshoots are available here :
