GCompris translation in Serbian

Hi,

I noticed GCompris translation files do not exist for Serbian language (
https://l10n.kde.org/stats/gui/trunk-kf5/po/gcompris_qt.po/ ->
https://websvn.kde.org/*checkout*/trunk/l10n-kf5/sr/messages/extragear-edu/gcompris_qt.po
does not exist). It causes some small issues with the website (because we
fetch some translation from it).
Is it possible to create it (even empty)?
If it can help, as the Gtk+ version was fully translated, we have a script
to merge strings from it to the new one and get some percentage.
