[Kde-i18n-sr] Incomplete kde-l10n-sr pack on KDE FTP server, complete pack here

[Chusslove Illich]

kde-l10n-sr language pack is somewhat special, in that it also contains
several sr@* subvariants. Packaging scripts are supposed to handle this
automatically, and they work locally for me. But apparently there is some
problem on the "referent packaging machine" that causes the subvariants to
be missing, intermittently over releases. Until Dirk (or anyone else?) can
find time to investigate, the proper 4.8.1 pack is linked below. It would be
great if distros could pick it up.
