translation :: voices :: pt :: geography :: (all the missing ones)

Hello! As spoken on matrix I've recorded all the currently missing files in: > voices > pt > geography . I fllowed all the steps in https://invent.kde.org/education/gcompris/-/wikis/Developers-corner/How-to-translate/Voice-translation <https://invent.kde.org/education/gcompris/-/wikis/Developers-corner/How-to-translate/Voice-translation> but I cannot test it because I cannot generate the rcc files trough the script. Maybe I'm missing stuff cause I'm not a dev. I have a "voices_pt_geography.tgz" ready... to whom shall I send it? I send the tgz file.

As a matter of fact, as I only needed to record 74 from the 194 geography files; the .tgz has only 3MB (with the .wav and .ogg files). I enlosed the full 194 set; of which 74 that were missing are mine and the other 120 from other people who have already contibuted!

I would appreciate if you could send me the rcc so I can test it; before it goes into production!
