>From the left sidebar I find  "Plasma Widgets"  -> "Plasma-widgets". When
selected I get a "Niets gevonden" (English: nothing found) message. 

Also I find from the left sidebar  "Plasma Extra´s" -> "Plasma widgets" 

Looks confusing indeed. What is the proposed solution? Is it a translation
issue at all?
