Ähm, wie kommen denn dann die Dateien auf Deinen Rechner, oder hast Du das 
später noch einmal ohne Internetverbindung durchlaufen lassen?

Genau hier liegt der Haken! Ich denke, es fehlt Dir ein Entwickler-Paket und 
zwar, kdelibs3-devel. Möglicherweise auch noch kdebase3-devel. Kannst Du über 
yast einfach nachinstallieren.
