Salam Aras.

This list is inactive but you can start translating stuff.
All you have to do it so run the following command:
svn://anonsvn.kde.org/home/kde/trunk/l10n-kde4/fa

and open the po files using a program like lokalize.

If you want to see farsi in next release, you have to translate
kdelibs and kdebase at lease, i guess. They are mostly translated
though.
