[Kde-i18n-fa] Translation statue

I think 4 or 5 person for consistency check is enough. Actually there should 
be only one. But  experience showed us that it took very long time to do the 
task with only one guy. Let's start the work with these ready people and 
invite the others when the real translation begin.
