[Kde-i18n-fa] Cvs on tarball .

dear friends , 

i have setup an script which download and tarball FarsiKDE files from cvs 
( kde-i18n/fa/messages/ and kde-i18n/templates/ ) and upload them on 
http://www.zoup.org/farsikde.tar.gz , i guess its maybe useful for users who 
unable to access cvs ... 

note : for now , maybe you will unable to access zoup.org or access older 
server , its being domain transfered ..
