[Kde-i18n-fa] KBabel dictionary

Friends,

A note on how to use the dictionary part of KBabel:

You need to re-create your dictionary in KBabel dictionary once in a while 
in order for the new translations or revisions to be reflected. There is 
no dynamic process that does this.
So please make a "cvs up" and then recreate the dictionary.

Also note that changes are made to HEAD only.

"Zaaghe" has been changed to "Kaashe".
