[Kde-i18n-fa] Konstruct

Hi,

Those who are interested in installing KDE from source, but don't want to 
experiment with CVS and compiling it themselves, may also try Konstruct:

http://konsole.kde.org/konstruct/

The only thing you need to get via CVS is Konstruct itself (takes few seconds 
only). All you need afterwards is "make install" to get, compile and install 
a package.
With Iranian bandwidth and interruptions in between (it failed to resume as I 
tried it), the "get" part of Konstruct doesn't seem to be very helpful, but 
maybe our friends outside Iran can use it.
Otherwise you can apparently download the sources yourself and Konstruct will 
take care of the rest.
