Depends on how you define "easy". Probably a convenient way is to buy
the latest version of one of many distributions that come with the
latest KDE: RedHat9 is just an example.
Downloading the ISOs images are another "easy" solution. You can choose
from a range of available ISOs; RH, Debian, Mandrake, and Suse, just to
name a few.
Or if you have a good connection, download the latest RedHat
"bootnet.img" floppy, and install over the Net.
Or you can download KDE source, and compile (and compile, and compile,
...) ;-)
