[Kde-i18n-fa] Build a database

Hi there
I downloaded cupsdconf.pot & katepart.pot &
kdelibs.pot successfully, but when I try:
cvs co kde-i18n/fa/messages/*
this error message rise up:
cvsro server: warning: directory CVS specified in
argument
cvsro server: but CVS uses CVS for its own purposes;
skipping CVS directory
what does it mean?
I've downloaded messages from kde.org, let me know if
I can use this file to build a database or not?
