[Kde-i18n-fa] re: installing fonts

  By "it", I meant TrueType fonts under RedHat. 
However, I finally figured it out a couple of hours
after asking, and have posted my results.  Sorry about
that, it's been an off and on project for me to get it
working for a couple of months.
