[Kde-i18n-fa] Generic?

I have to change my mind about "Rayej" to "hameGani" regarding generic!
It is of course if we want to avoid arabic word " omomi".
Arash, I am sorry not be specific bellow. you picked "ekhtesasi" which is a 
better pick than mine "moshakhas".
