[Kde-i18n-fa] Jalali calendar

Salam Arash 

 I can't compile files. 
 I couldn't find  kcalendarsystem.h in my system(
             Mandarke 9.0 <KDE3> and RH8.0 <kde3> )
 what i need to compile them?
