String Freeze Exception for Plasma Workspace

[Philipp Kiemle]

Hello!

I kindly request a string freeze exception for this MR: https://invent.kde.org/plasma/plasma-workspace/-/merge_requests/7068

It adds context to strings in the Klipper settings window. You can find a screenshot of said window here: https://phabricator.kde.org/file/data/j65ae2nfbc32ubw6fbui/PHID-FILE-mmeybabzbd7fuoa5qnmc/Bildschirmfoto_20260916_203050.png

Cheers,
Philipp
