Kdenlive 26.08.2 - string freeze exception request

[camille.moulin at free.fr]

Dear translator team,

I would like to ask for an exception for https://invent.kde.org/camillem/kdenlive/-/commit/36178f2c16edcbed3435d1e4c56de46610cbff40
The commit duplicates some code to create a new version of the effect, but it just adds the "Frame number + 1" string to a list of options, in a parameter in a effect, so I guess the impact would be minimal.

Thanks,
Camille
