Plasma 6.8 string freeze exception request

Hello translators!

I'd like to request a string freeze exception for 
https://invent.kde.org/plasma/plasma-workspace/-/commit/15ff08317e7db32b7cf3eb0621c98994947717cf 
and backport it to Plasma 6.8. It adds two new short strings.

This is the final piece of a UX overhaul of the feature that was 
intended to land in Plasma 6.8, and it would be nice to get this piece 
in as well.
