String freeze exception for Krita 5.3/6.0 branch

Hello translators,

there's some string changes in Krita's stable branch (called krita/6.0, but it's also the base for the 5.3 releases) to realign the Samsung S-Pen settings with reality. Samsung changed a bunch of naming and it keeps confusing users that Krita was still using the old names.

In short:
* What used to be the S-Pen is now the S-Pen Pro.
* S-Pen Actions are now called Air Actions.
* There's a new S-Pen (without the Pro), but it doesn't support Air Actions. This is where the confusion came from, it's an "S-Pen" that doesn't support "S-Pen Actions".
