No, kdelibs is no more a thing. The files are in the location pointed out
previously in this thread.

A very *IMPORTANT* note: if you add a custom entity, you *cannot* use it
unless the software where you uses it depends on the KDocTools version which
includes it.

For example, if you add an entity which ends up in KDocTools 6.100, you can't
use it unless the software you use it depends on KDocTools >= 6.100
