kxstitch string freeze and 3.0 release

[Jeremy Whiting]

Hello,

Since I've been adding a few features here and there to kxstitch Albert
asked me if I'd do a 3.0 release (It's a bit over due since the last
release was kf5/qt5 based and was in 2019). Anyway, I've created
release-3.0.0 branch today and will do a release on Nov 19th so am in
string freeze on release-3.0.0 branch until then.

thanks,
Jeremy Whiting
