Restarting Malay (ms) translation

Hi,

I'm one of the earlier team member of Malay translation for KDE, long time
ago.

I would like to restart the translation project, but when I follow the
guide at
https://l10n.kde.org/quickfaq.php#IwanttostartanewlanguageortorestartanunmaintainedexistingteamWhatshouldIdo

and checking the URL
https://websvn.kde.org/trunk/l10n-kf6/ms/messages/kcoreaddons/

the website return

503 Service Unavailable No server is available to handle this request.

Please share with me the steps needed to check the URL.
