Amharic Translation

We do not have anyone translating to Amharic at this point. We have had several people over the years (last one 10 years ago as far as I can see) express interest but it sadly never materialized.

The first thing we ask people that want to create a team is to 
translate kcoreaddons, kio and kxmlgui as close to 100% as possible and send 
them to me in private (no need to bother the rest of the people in the mailing 
list with those files).
