Documentation build failure in Kommit

Hi Nico,

It seems there is no English docbook in
https://invent.kde.org/sdk/kommit/-/tree/master/doc?ref_type=heads, so
I guess we need to add one or remove the folder (and the nl/uk files
in svn too) and the installation in
https://invent.kde.org/sdk/kommit/-/blob/master/CMakeLists.txt?ref_type=heads#L130.
I can make a MR in a few hours if needed.
