[GCompris] String freeze for release 26.0 - before January 31st

Hello Timothée & Johnny,

in German GCompris voices there are some wrong/not matching and some 
missing voice files . What is the preferred procedure to get those files 
into upcoming release? Is it like usual:

   1. Fork https://invent.kde.org/education/gcompris-data
   2. Create a new branch in this fork
   3. Add/replace some voices
   4. Create a upstream MR

Or is there some better/faster way to get them into upcoming release?
