How to handle &...; tags in docmessages?

Hi,

when I've started translating the docmessages, I found a lot of &...;
tags. After I read more about them, I understand I should not
translate them as they are DocBook Entities.

Then I found the customization file for DocBook, here:

I notice, there are no entities for application names there, like
&kcharselect;  or &plasma;

However, all the application names are in general.entities
https://invent.kde.org/frameworks/kdoctools/-/blob/master/src/customization/entities/general.entities

As my language is not written in English alphabets, How can I
translate the names?
