String freeze exception for Krita 5.3/6.0 branch

Hello translators,

as an amendment to the string changes last month, there's some more additions to Krita's stable branch (called krita/6.0, but it's also the base for the 5.3 line) and the manual for Android.

Android string resources had never been wired up to be translatable, that has been noticed and corrected now. We've also made animations and timelapses work on Android now, strings here should mostly be a few error and warning messages.
