Okular string freeze violation

Sorry for the inconvenience. I have just set some changes to be merged into 
Okular 26.08 branch that has an extra string added to it:

It is kind of a warning telling that the (pdf) document in question might have 
visibility changing features that most often is a feature, but can be misused.

I guess one of the main use cases as a feature is
 - show a white-text-black-background-chart on screen
 - switch it out for a black-text-white-background-chart when printing

One of the possible misuses is
 - show "contract amount EUR1000" on screen
 - when printing (for physical sign/scan/return) replace amount with EUR9000
