New RKWard release ahead

Dear translators!

This is to let you know that RKWard is nearing a new release, with a
targetted release date of April 24. If you can manage to provide translation
updates by April 20, that would be much appreciated.

I know that's a tight schedule, and I apologize. We cannot reasonably shift the
release date, however, as our main dependency R will release a new version on
the same day, which is no longer compatible with our current release.
