[elisa][zh_CN] Fix duplicate colon in “Author” field translation

Hello,

I found a small issue in the zh_CN translation of Elisa.  
In the “Author” field, the string is currently rendered with a duplicate colon, e.g.:

  作者：：xxx

It should be:

  作者：xxx

I have fixed this in the elisa.po file.  
Please find the patch attached (generated with `svn diff`).
