Translation templates moved to git

Hello Luigi,

previous reported issues are gone, but there are two other new issues: 
As I can see in SVN-Log you have removed two PO-files from summit for 
all languages:
   Rev. 1723163 "Clean up a few orphan files (krita and kstars doc)"
   - 
summit/messages/documentation-docs-krita-org/docs_krita_org_reference_manual___list_supported_tablets.p
   - 
summit/messages/documentation-kstars-docs-kde-org/kstars_docs_user_manual___livestacker.po

This leads to following pology warnings:

   pology/bin/posummit  scripts/messages.summit de scatter

   posummit: [warning] Some branch catalogs have no associated summit 
catalog (expected summit path given):

   ...

a) If you have deleted those files by mistake, then they should be 
restored in summit and in templates.
b) If those files must be deleted, then they should be also deleted in

   svn/trunk/l10n-kf5/<lang_code>/messages/
