Translation templates moved to git

 > Today we have made the first step in moving translations from svn to 
git. We have moved the templates (.pot files) to git.

There are some warnings from pology during scattering like:

   svn/trunk/l10n-kf6/de/messages/kaichat/kaichat.po:447(#78): Message 
not in the summit.

I suppose this is due to missing gather step after commit with revision 
1723155 "summit: new (temporary) configuration files for gathering"

By the way: If someone is using `klash` → It is updated now to the 
current movement of templates (svn → git):

   https://invent.kde.org/bxela/klash
