KDE-FR: Translation process

Dear KDE members,

I am a KDE user with Kubuntu and a FR translator for the KDE-FR 
community since 2000.

The KDE-FR translation team becomes very small. For maintaining the FR 
translation level, I developed some scripts under Python for 
automatizing some translation tasks.

I search the right forum for sharing my return of experience and 
discussing about the translation process and its evolution.

Could you provide me with the right place for discussing on translation 
processes?
