No replies from pt-PT maintainers

We usually ask people that want to become new maintainers to do 100% of 
kcoreaddons/kxmlgui/kio but given those are quite translated in pt, this feels 
not an enough initial commitment work request.

Are you interested in any particularly big-ish file that is not very 
translated at this moment?
